Emergency Dispatch Phone Systems
Database Systems Corp. is a leading provider of call center phone systems and services. Our 911 Broadcast center provides both phone systems and services for emergency notification and community alerts.
If an emergency does arise in your community, our automatic phone message dispatch systems can contact your emergency response team by delivering calls in a fast and efficient manner.
In the event of a natural disaster such as a wildfire or catastrophic flood, you can immediately call your disaster recovery teams and give specific details and instructions.
If an evacuation is required this emergency broadcast system can deliver the available routes to members of your community or organization.
Our emergency dispatch service can also be used for corporate or community group emergency notification. Critical system failures or events triggered by sensors can automatically initiate an emergency dispatch response. Using XML push techniques, our emergency dialers can be programmed to contact response teams or members in minutes of an event.
Our service is capable of leaving messages for both individuals and answering machines. We can also re-dial numbers when there is no answer or a busy signal. A "press through" feature lets your emergency response team member confirm the receipt of the call, leave a voice mail message, or even transfer to one of your other response team members.
All of this is possible using technology brought to you by Database Systems Corp.
We provide both emergency dispatch service as well as emergency notification systems.

AT&T Wireless (NYSE: AWE) is a leading provider of advanced wireless voice and data services for consumers and businesses. Operating one of the largest digital wireless networks in North America and the fastest nationwide wireless data network in the United States, AT&T Wireless provides its customers with high-quality mobile wireless communications service in the U.S. and internationally.
AT&T WNCC uses our emergency dispatch service center to automatically notify its personnel whenever a network outage occurs such as its routers and general cellular infrastructure. AT&T Wireless personnel receive up to three different notifications during any given failure.
These notices are triggered by a unit failure and may also include interim updates as well as a notice when the unit returns to service. AT&T personnel create dynamic messages which are converted to a voice message using our text to speech program. The message identifies the specific region where the unit outage occurred along with a list of who to call.
Inbound Emergency Phone Systems
Our 911 emergency phone system is far more than just an autodialer. The PACER and WIZARD emergency phone dialers have complete inbound call distribution capability including interactive voice response and automatic call distribution features.
Callers can be prompted to enter the type of service required, etc. and our dispatch phone system will automatically provide the requested information or transfer the caller to the appropriate emergency response team member.
Plus our emergency dispatch phone system can blend all of these tasks together, making your emergency center a more complete and powerful response center.
Reports from our phone systems can be obtained quickly and easily, giving you an accurate and timely view of your center's operation. Plus all or selected inbound and outbound calls can be monitored and recorded for quality assurance and legal purposes.
Computer Activated Phone Dispatch
Our emergency dispatch system supports computer and web connectivity using XML technology. Thus, an emergency dispatch can be initiated from your website or computer by automatically sending our call center phone system a message containing a list of one or more phone numbers and a message to be sent to these individuals.
The dispatch can be text (which is automatically converted to voice) or a voice file.

Remote Emergency Dispatchers
One important benefit of today's telecommunication advancement is the ability for your emergency response team to work away from your control center. Database Systems Corp. has developed a family of telecom products that facilitate and promote this capability. Our PACER emergency phone dialers and computer telephony products fully support remote agents.
Now your emergency dispatcher workforce can be significantly expanded with the addition of work at home employees. The economic savings and environmental advantages are significant.
